Do Not Be Intimidated

An introductory guide to unlocking the secrets that your government doesn't want you to know

Knowing your standing, and seeing the chronological order to creation of government is a key to your happiness and well being when you come up against bad government actors.

IN THE BEGINNING...... 1) God created man, 2) man sinned, leading to the life of Jesus Christ who was given to us by God, with a mission. 3) Jesus' mission was to live a sinless life, die on the cross for our sins, be buried, then through his resurrection, rise again and ascend to heaven. 4) The Great Commission. When Jesus came out of the grave he gave us Matthew 28: 18-20 (read it). Jesus was given "all power" and said GO, to his followers. 5) Like it or not, the founders of this nation were a Christian majority and understood the Great Commission, and with that power and the inalienable, indefeasible rights given to us by God, We The People, were created. 6) We The People hold all power. 7) The founders took those God-given rights and set them aside for us or reserved and excepted them, so that nothing or no one could infringe, breach or take those rights away. That is your rights IN THE PRIVATE. 8) Our founders then created a wall beside the PRIVATE, and created a PUBLIC side, opposite the PRIVATE. The PUBLIC side cannot penetrate the wall between itself and the PRIVATE rights given to us by God. The PUBLIC side will be items that We the PEOPLE, grant, to whatever is created on the PUBLIC side of the wall. 9) The founders exercised their rights and created the Constitutions on the PUBLIC side of the wall. These Constitutions (US AND STATE) are called Express Trusts. 10) In the CONSTITUTIONS, the founders created the 3 branches of government. Executive, Legislative and Judicial. 11) Since the powers and rights on the Private side of the wall are excepted (or set apart) from man made public creations, there is only one way anything on the PUBLIC side of the wall, can come up against the Rights of We the People, on the PRIVATE side of the wall. 12) That way is spelled out in the State and US Constitutions.

So to summarize the power structure of our country going from greatest to least, it looks like this: God>God Given Rights>We the People>Constitutions>Government>Legislature>Statutes,Codes,Acts,Mandates,Rules,Procedures,etc>Persons

Your standing is one of the People in the PRIVATE. You can see that is the 3rd most powerful entity in the list. What your government has done is created a fictitious legal entity using your all capital letters name with your birth certificate, driver's license, social security number, bank account and even your death certificate, and called that fictitious legal entity a Person, and placed it on the right side of the wall in the PUBLIC and made that Person subject to their statutes, codes,rules, acts, etc.

You are One of the People, one of God's creations with all of the inalienable and indefeasible rights given to you by Him and enumerated in the Constitutions, while your county, state and federal governments brainwash you in to thinking you're just a person. Look at the power structure again and notice where One of the People is, compared to a Person and you'll see how they rule every aspect of your life from taxes, to driving, to owning property, to raising your kids as you see fit, to enjoying the land and water, to worshiping the God that created you. Because you haven't been taught the difference between PUBLIC and PRIVATE, you are tacitly acquiescing to be a PERSON in the Public. Hopefully, the resources on this site will show you how to recognize and keep that distinction.

Knowing your rights, by God, and adjusting to the way your local inferior court sees you when you enter their jurisdiction, is a key to unlocking the chains that are wrapped around your "person".

I am not an attorney, and I do not practice law. I am one of the people, as seen in the US and State Constitutions and I'm available to help you navigate the Article 1, inferior courts that you experience in small town America, and the agencies like CPS, CYS, Family Court, Domestic Relations, the Courts of Common Pleas, District Magistrates and more. They are not what you've always expected them to be. They are not judicial in any sense. They are administrative tribunals that administer and regulate commerce. They do not follow the Constitutions or the Common Law, and view you as a fictitious legal entity that they can rule over as long as you let them.

"If their duty, their honor, and their oaths will not bind them, let us not put into their hands our liberty and all our other great interests."

These are the powerful words of Gouverneur Morris, the "Penman of the Constitution" and author of its preamble.

All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think proper.
