The Declaration of Rights
The Declaration of Rights section of the express trust known as the PA Constitution is the most important part when it comes to knowing your rights as one of the People. Just like the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution, these enumerated powers are set aside or excepted from anything that Constitutionally created trustees in our government can do to the people that created it.
