ARE YOU READY FOR CPS/CYS?
DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PREVENT UNLAWFUL AGENCIES LIKE CYS FROM ENTERING YOUR PRIVATE RESIDENCE?
The information in this section will be dedicated to an initial knock on your door and the encounter with anyone identifying themselves as a caseworker for Children and Youth Services (CPS, CYS, OCYF, etc). It is critical that you know what is happening at that point and DO NOT EVER let that caseworker in your private home.
The caseworker standing at your door has just invaded your right to privacy and property and is trespassing, regardless of what claim they make. Their goal is to get you to contract with them, and letting them in your private home is their first step, literally. They will lie, make legal claims that aren't true, promise you that they have a Judge's order and they, by law, are regulated to investigate a report that they have received from a source that they don't have to reveal to you. They will insist that they have a right to check your home and see or talk to your kid/kids. That is their method to get you to agree/contract with them, which they will then claim gives them jurisdiction over your rights. Just giving them your name is the beginning of a contract. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO LET THEM IN, GIVE THEM YOUR NAME, OR TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN. If you aren't at home, they will leave a message on your door. A No Trespassing sign on your door is a nice visual warning that they have no right to be there or to leave a message. Protect your right to PRIVACY at all costs before a caseworker shows up.
Maxim of Law 86c. If a person neglect to insist on his right, he is deemed to have abandoned it. C.L.M
So what do you say when a caseworker shows up at your door? Know your rights and know what they mean.

Article 1 Section 8 of the PA Constitution, and the 4th Amendment (Bill of Rights) of the U.S. Constitution are identical. They spell out what ANYONE must have, to claim a right to be at your private home.
#1 After you've opened the door and stepped outside of your private home you demand to see and verify these two things as called out in the Constitutions. By who's Oath or affirmation are you here? A) Show me the warrant with the wet ink signature of the Judge that signed the warrant and B) show me the sworn affidavit of the 1st person witness that is under penalty of perjury that gives you probable cause to invade my right to privacy.
At this point you will hear a few lies. "I don't need a warrant" or "I have the judge's email here".
This is an all out attempt to get you to contract with them. The only way they can get anything from you is if you consent or agree. If you're not giving them that, they have to scare, threaten, coerce, or intimidate you in to that contract. Contracts can be verbal. Never say OK, never sign anything and never agree to anything they try on you. If they threaten to call the police, let them. The police have to have the same two things that anyone has to have to breach your right to privacy. The police have taken an Oath to uphold and protect your Constitutional right to Privacy that is in your Bill of Rights, as one of the people in Article 1 Section 8, and the 4th amendment. If they don't have a warrant AND a signed affidavit, you are under no obligation to talk to them. If they show up, use them to trespass the caseworker from your private home and/or property.
